Removal of old phone line

We'd like to have our old phone line removed.  I don't think it is in use.  Are you able to help with this?

We recommend you to check on how to cancel phone line.

To cancel a phone line or wireless service, you can choose to chat when available or call at 800 288 2020.

Please note, if you cancel in the middle of a bill period, you're responsible for the entire period.

@ATTHelp The OP is not trying to cancel service. They want old phone lines removed from their premise. To @helidoc use the search bar on top for the removal of old lines/wires. Find the most current with a how to link and follow that.
