Please report this concern to our Buried Wire Center team as they're the dedicated team. Call them at 800.288.2020.
You can also call them at 800.924.9420 Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6 p.m. ET. Remember: This number is just for unburied ground cables.
