Repair

To whom it may concern..if any at all.

 
I needed help with my NON WORKING LANDLINE, wanted to put a ticket for it, I was referred by your WEB to ATT.COM/REPAIR and it doesnt work... called Customers Support, technician was suppose to be fixing my line by 6p today, NOT ONLY its not fixed but tech never showed up and I NEVER got a courtesy call to let me know.. Tomorrow I have a LEGAL conference call with my Lawyer and a Judge and probably I wont be able to hear a thing because of the bad noise on my phone.  Im a former AT&T employee and IM GOING through all this garbage I can only imagine all the other customers..no support no help and bad customer service. You failed miserably AT&T!!
