Rotted telephone pole
There is a rotted telephone pole an the corner of an alley and my property. There are two rather large holes in the base and you can see that half the pole is gone. I contacted AEP and they said it is an AT&T pole. Worried it will snap if it gets windy.

Forgot to mention, all of the 800 numbers I have tried have no option to talk to a live person unless you have an AT&T account. So, that is why I am here.

I tried that number. You have to have an AT&T service to get past the robot, which I do not have. This pole is in bad shape and makes cracking noises when it is windy.

There is a hole like this on the other side also. There is only about 6 inches wide of wood supporting this now. This is dangerous.![](https://prod-care-community-cdn.sprinklr.com/community/d80f176d-2bd5-487b-b539-b24b3ede5ed6/community_media_urld80f176d2bd-872dba84-ccf5-493c-b6ab-d6a26062b64d-864613802.jpg)

Wow. I have tried several numbers and I can't get past the robot because I don't have an account. The support page requires an account. I'll try social media. You guys need to make this easier. Thanks.

Click on the word "REPORT" in the post after your two. That tells you what to do if you're not a customer. What's on the pole? Picture of wires, cable whatever's on it.
