Small utiity box
There is a small utility box outside our home, beneath the PG&E electric meter. It is missing the cover and I believe that is how rats have been getting into our house. Can we get this covered up?

That is a phone wire in the box, but that's no telecom box that I've ever seen. Is it larger than an electrical outlet box? If not you can get a metal electric box cover to put on it, even if the cover's a bit big it would work, just anchor it into the stucco.
