Have a AT&T phone line riser box in my backyard that is taped together because it fails apart. Need to get it replaced. Looking for the local repair office to report this to in Newport Beach, CA>

Have a AT&T phone line riser box in my backyard that is taped together because it fails apart. Need to get it replaced. Looking for the local repair office to report this to in Newport Beach, CA>

If they repair the box, the water won't be able to get inside and corrode the connections so that AT&T can complain that maintaining the deteriorating copper infrastructure is too expensive. I'm to the point I think some techs are told to deliberately leave them open.
