Tree on ATT phone wire on telephone pole

Please don't give me instructions already given on this page. Please have ATT pole repairs or contracted tree trimmers contact me. The tree is in the wires at the back of 408 N Waddill St McKinney, TX 75069.

As I have been transferred 4 times and been on the phone for over 2  hours, I will cut the tree myself. When it downs the telephones wires I'll call the fire department. Then they will reach out to your emergency personell and you (ATT) will have no other choice but to take care of it.  Best of luck.

Oh AT&T.... you never reached out. Never called. Never messaged. The trees have deteriorated further and one has fallen and is now caught in the wire. IT is marked Southwestern Bell, which is now fully owned by AT&T. I have applied for the permit and contracted a tree company.  They are coming tomorrow, 6/17/2024 to remove all of the trees in the phone wires at the above address. We will let you know when they down the wires so you can restore phone/internet service, since you guys are not in the business of prevention or customer service. Good grief.

AT&T help said they would DM you, DM's only last about 4 hours, not a year. AT&T will not call you or reach out to you the way it works is you contact them. In this case it's the property owner's responsibility to trim trees AT&T doesn't do it or hire contractors to do it. Why you weren't given that information up front is typical.
