Turning off call screening

The previous tenant of my residence had the AT&T call blocker / screener. I now have a different landline phone number but the call blocker/screener is still tied to the previous landline and I do not have the previous tenants landline phone number. How do I turn this feature off?

If you're sure this is coming from the AT&T account you'd have to call customer service. Do you have a phone system with call blocking capabilities?
