What to do about down lines in my backyard
We have lines dangling off the pole since March 2024 and they not only look unsightly but may pose a danger if they are live. SMUD said they were telephone lines. Please advise what to do. I have pictures to attach.

Other than if they catch on something and they are telephone lines there's no danger, even if they are working, they only have 48VDC on them. Follow the instructions for downed or obstructed lines
