Who can I speak to about an easement on my property in Orange, CA
ATT is pulling out of Orange, CA, and I'm interested in finding out if they will be releasing their easements back to the property owners. I have old landline phone wires buried, and the pillars that contain them are rotting. I doubt anything contained in them is useful.

Your going to have to get with engineering which can be found in the Business Forum on the bottom right of this page. You'll need to register in that forum.

Did you ever hear back on this? I have a similar situation
I am doing a Pool permit remodel with the city of Costa Mesa, which is going back into the exact enclosure it has been since it was originally permitted in 1974 when the Pool was built. Currently we are approx. 4’6 inches or 5 feet 6 inches including coping, from the pool to the backyard fence.
Costa Mesa Building Dept said they will approve/stamp our plans for the pool remodel given we get the blessing from Public Utilities such as AT&T It was also advised by the engineer that the pool be in the same spot it has been 50+ years, since it could compromise the integrity of the pool structure and crack by adding more footage to the existing enclosure that it was set at in the 1970s. I simply just need an email reply confirming that this would be okay to exact location as it has within the past 50 years.
City of Costa Mesa is a pain in the A... to work with.
