Unable to login to max
I currently cannot login to the max app using my AT&T prepaid plan I have the $65 plan that includes Max.. when I go to the max and select connect through provider I choose AT&T and when I enter my info to login it says incorrect password or login

Let's have you reset your password to see if this works for you.
Here are the steps to take:
Go to your myAT&T Profile. Sign in, if asked.
Scroll to Sign in info.
Select Edit next to password
Enter and save your password
Let's look into this for you, we just have a question for you can you please let us know if have you made any account changes recently.

I have tried all of that and still doesn’t work this has been very frustrating… I haven’t been able to watch max at all
