Max Login & Installation

I have the AT&T Unlimited Choice plan with Max included. There is not an option to Activate Max on my AT&T account. When I try to log in through my provider on Max app or website I receive the message "Can't Verify Subscription." How can I go about logging into Max which is included in my

Recently, I have not been able to log into hbo max . I talked with customer support at Max and they said you guys at att terminated my hbo subscription . This is ridiculous . I have an elite unlimited account, and have not made a single change to my plan. Please reactivate my hbo max .

I currently cannot login to the max app using my AT&T prepaid plan I have the $65 plan that includes Max.. when I go to the max and select connect through provider I choose AT&T and when I enter my info to login it says incorrect password or login

On one line on my account, it appears that State Sales tax and County Sales taxes are being charged twice. Specifically, there is a +/-telecom with each tax. What is the difference +/- telecom? On the other line on my account, County Sales tax-telecom and State Sales tax-telecom are only charged onc

I have HBO max access through my internet. I am trying to log in for the first time and it says “You do not have access through this provider”. What needs to be done to rectify this?

When it asks to verify my suscruprion, it says it cannot. I used to have no issues  .  Please help

After moving I tried to sign into max and now it’s asking to subscribe. I called a rep and said it’s never been on my plan but I found a email from 2022 confirming I had it and again it worked until I moved recently! Any help before I call back and escalate to management.
