Understanding Government fees and taxes

On one line on my account, it appears that State Sales tax and County Sales taxes are being charged twice. Specifically, there is a +/-telecom with each tax. What is the difference +/- telecom? On the other line on my account, County Sales tax-telecom and State Sales tax-telecom are only charged once. In summary, I don't understand why there is a discrepancy between the two lines on my bill in terms of how many times State and County taxes are being charged (+/- telecom)?

Could you take a picture of that portion of your bill and post it (make sure no personal information is included in that picture)?

I just spent FOREVER on the phone due to the same issue. Never had this issue until I recently upgraded to an iPhone 15. Before, I had a charge for City/County/State - one each for a total of around .57. Now I have two charges from each one (one each with "telecom" noted and nothing on the other three). AT&T could not answer why this changed on my bill (even though they are billing it) and said I would need to contact each government agency to find out why this changed. (Edited per community guidelines) poor customer service IMO. No real answers on a bill AT&T sent to me. Maybe time to change carriers after 15+ years.
