Account Inactive or Suspended
Hello, I attempted to open a new account with AT&T yesterday. However, today I was notified that the card I had on file was declined. I unblocked the card and attempted to try again, however I can not access that page without signing in. Each time I try to sign in or create an ID, it gives me an error code and says that my account is either inactive or has been suspended.

It's my experience that if a card is declined for any reason you can't use it again. You'll have to come up with a different card.
And I need a case this is not AT&T, not how you reach them. Use the contact as link at the bottom of this web page
