Account login with ATT and FirstNet
I can not log in to see my old bill,nor my new plan or current bill. I can't even log in to give a service tech a review.
I have tried using the app,logging in online, and all I receive is the "Oops, something went wrong" screen.
I can sign into FirstNet, but when I click on manage bills/devices, it re routes me to that ATT screen.
I spent 10 hours last week with various technicians about my devices not working, bad sim cards, and my accounts being merged and dissected again. I just received an email for a bill,but I can't log on. I have requested user name, and try to reset password with email and last name. It can't seem to find me.
Can someone look into this? I don't have the energy to spend 4 more hours on the phone.:( (I literally was at store on Sunday for 4 hours to get my devices working again)

After a few messages and calls, it appears the programmers have fixed the issue! I am now able to log in and see my devices and billings.
