Account number

If you signed up for postpaid service: Your online account with your account number will probably not be set up for 24 to 48 hours. You do not need your account number to sign up for your access ID and access your online account. Which again may take 2 days.

    Just set up your access ID for your postpaid account all you need is your phone number and zip code

If you have a prepaid account, your account was formed for you online as soon as you activated service. You access your prepaid account on the paygo online website and your account number can be sent to you via text message. Prepaid account numbers are not published in the online account
