Hi there @sherrycha3, we'll be happy to answer your questions regarding subaccounts.
A subaccount is just a Member ID email address that's been set up underneath the account holder's primary Member ID. Only the account holder is able to create or manage them, and they allow your spouse or other family members limited access to the account.
