Authorized User issue

Hello,

I have been trying to add my daughter as an authorized user on our account. Once we get to step 3: entering the code sent to her number to authorize it, we get an error message saying the code "isn't quite right". We're just trying to add her, but this is making the process extremely frustrating. We live far from an AT&T location and we thought doing this over the internet as suggested would be easy but this is proving to be a difficult task otherwise. Any help would be beneficial.
