Billing Account Number
I just recently switched to AT&T and I'm trying to set up my online access. I enter my phone number and it prompts me to a page asking for my billing account number. I can't find this number on any of my paperwork from AT&T and I tried putting in my bank account number but that didn't work either. Help? It won't let me go any further without this information, so I don't know how to pay my bill.

Welcome to AT&T and the Community Forums! Setting up your myAT&T account right away is a wise move. I can help you with this today.
We have a very informative article on how to create a myAT&T account. You should be able to set it up with the 10 digit phone number which was designated as the primary.
If it continues to ask for the account number you can find this on your first paper bill. This webpage will show you were to find it.

How do we find this account number if we do automatic billing. I’ve never gotten a statement, just a text message every month saying my credit card is being charged
