I am having the same issue - and to make it worse, the ATT business customer service person transferred me to a consumer internet service person who could not help me. 1:45 wasted on my Friday night. Turning to this forum for help. I cannot even get to my account since this error shows up just after I enter my credentials.

I've been asked to "meet in direct messenger to resolve the error." Then they take days to respond and close the chat. So I ask the question again and again the chats get closed. SO FRUSTRATING. MONTHS of paying $1500/mo or more in phone bills and can't even upgrade devices on my own. Then the customer service team on here behaves in a very unhelpful manner. Makes me want to change providers!
