Cannot log into my account without a registration prompt coming up even though all my devices are registered ERROR

Every time I try to log into my account, I've been a customer for over 4 years now, it makes me re-register my email and my devices even though it recognizes my username and phone number as an established account? Is anyone else having these issues? I was able to log in last week online and through the app and now it's doing this nonsense.
