cannot log into myatt account

Every time I try to login it wants to send me a verification text, however it never does. Not to my phone and not to my husbands phone. So, I can't get into my account.

To get started, view the set of instructions under blocked messages:

 

For Apple:

  1. Go to the Settings icon.
  2. Tap Messages.
  3. Tap Blocked.
  4. Tap Edit.
  5. Tap the minus sign ( - ) next to the number of the contact you want to unblock.
  6. Tap Unblock.

For any Android devices you may own:

  1. Go to the Messages icon.
  2. Tap the menu (3 vertical dots).
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Tap Block Numbers and Messages.
  5. Tap Blocked Messages.
    1. Any blocked messages will be displayed and can be unblocked.

Also check for device updates: 

  • Ensure that your device’s software is up to date. Sometimes, outdated software can cause issues with receiving short codes.
