Cannot reset account passcode

Hey there, I'm trying to purchase a new device for my business but I don't know my account passcode and the link for "Forgot Passcode" is just looping me back to the same login page. Also, there's no option to reset the passcode on my profile - it only has options for passwords and security questions. HELP, it should not be this hard to do something so simple!
