Can't Access Old Account with New AT&T Service
In the last week we rejoined AT&T and the account owner is attempting to add me as an authorized user on the account. I am currently unable to login to my AT&T account. I have an existing AT&T account that is tied to my phone number. I attempt to recover the password and receive the prompt "Let’s finish your registration: There’s some info missing from your account. You’ll have to complete your account registration before you reset your password." - When I click continue it then just goes to a perpetual loading screen. I have tried on multiple different browsers. I am not sure when the original account was created and for what service. If I attempt to create a new user ID it states one is already associated with my phone number.
Any ideas?

Authorized users cannot be added for the first 30 days of a brand new account.
If you have your own AT&T account, not a member of this new group account, you should be able to log into your own account with your usual login information.
If you have been added to someone else's group account, you cannot be added as an authorized user for 30 days. That means your old account no longer exists and you don't have access to the new one for another 3 weeks
