Can’t check usage history without the page being redirected

Every time I’m on the webpage and try to check my usage history. The webpage keeps redirecting or refreshing whatever before I actually get to the content I need to see. Pedro refresh and take me back to page one

It’s been doing this for months so I don’t think it’s because the website is down. What are server issues?
