Can’t sign in to DirectTv. Keeps going yo “cprodmasx.att.com
Can’t sign in to att accounts. Keeps saying restricted site cprodmasx.att.com. I’ve deleted cookies. No luck. Changed passwords for ATT account & DirectTv. Still can’t get in. Have waited as long as I could twice today for help. PLEASE HELP!

I'm sorry, but this is the longest I have been locked out of my account from a billion dollar company. This is unacceptable. I have never seen a company that can't fix a basic log in for all of its customers.

I am ;having the same issues today with signing into DIRECTTVNOW. It takes me to cprodmasx.att.com and won't allow access.

5 years and no resolution???
I've been having this issue for a long time myself.
I cannot log in to directv.com. If I go to the site and click "sign in," it goes to an AT&T log in screen. If enter my login name and password I get a screen that says,
This site can’t be reached
Check if there is a typo in cprodx.att.com.
If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.

I have already tried different browsers and devices, including a separate laptop and an Android phone with the same results, so I'm convinced the problem has nothing to do with browser cache or system settings.
I've even tried on different Wi-Fi connections with no change in result.
DirecTV mobile APP has similar issues.
Originally I was just trying to log on to cancel a channel I signed up for by mistake. It irks me that DirecTV makes it so easy to sign up for things just by clicking the wrong button by mistake, yet it's practically impossible to undo! I'm tempted to just cancel the whole account now.
