Chat does not work - only sits there loading + can’t get signed on to the ATT app - broken

So I’ve been trying to contact at&t via online chat but every time I click contact now the chat option just sits there loading and loading and I have tried via computer, mobile & iPad. Cannot contact anyone via chat. Which is my preferred method so that I have records and I just don’t like to call them. Any one know how to chat with them?

Second, the myat&t app will not work on either of our brand new iPhones. I downloaded the app and tried to sign in, it finds my account and says it needs to send us a code to either of the phone numbers on the account to continue signing in, and it lets me select a number, but the “send code” button does not work what so ever. There is also a cancel button underneath the send code button and it also does not work. So I can’t get the code. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Any ideas?

Hello, @DestinBBrown94,

 

Thank you for reaching out. Which browsers have you tried to access chat on the AT&T site? If it's only one, try another. Likewise, clear the cache to see if that helps.

 

Have you finished setting up your myAT&T account yet? If not, try to sign in on the site and see if you can finish that way. Likewise, remove and reinstall the apps on your iPhones.
