Detailed usage on old bill reprints

I have spent hours on the phone trying to get bill reprints on an old account. I desperately need detailed usage on my closed account from 08/22 - 05/23 and no one seems to help me. I know I can get reprints for $5 a piece.

Either too many agents don't know the process, or perhaps the outsourced locations don't have the permission. Either way by "hours" I'm assuming over multiple calls. At that point I would file a BBB complaint to kick it up to the corporate level about an ongoing problem with these bill reprint requests.

If it's prepaid there are no old bills to reprint. And if you can't prove ownership of the account, AT&T won't do it for you 

Beyond that try the better Business bureau complaint. That bypasses first line support and is forwarded to upper management and someone will contact you
