FAN PIN Help

I was trying to create a myATT account. However, a FAN PIN is being requested. I was not given/emailed or told about this...How do I proceed?

  • Do you recall when you started to create your myATT account? 
  • What type of account do you have with us? Is it a business account, wireless, or a prepaid account?

@ATTHelp Hi Jacob! I was finally able to get the issue resolved ~ Went to my closest open ATT store, and they went above and beyond to assist and help me with that! Great folk and Customer Service there!! 😊

I'm trying to pay my bill and need a fan pin for some reason. I was never sent an email with any fan pin info. The account was set up May 22nd & it's a personal account. How do I proceed?

@Gremit49  A FAN number is used if you r eligible for a discount through your employer or school.

I too was never sent a fan pin. Furthermore I was never given my full account number. All customer service phone numbers have been extremely unhelpful as well as my att store that quite frankly acted like they just didn’t care at all.
