I'm trying to pay my bill and need a fan pin for some reason. I was never sent an email with any fan pin info. The account was set up May 22nd & it's a personal account. How do I proceed?

I too was never sent a fan pin. Furthermore I was never given my full account number. All customer service phone numbers have been extremely unhelpful as well as my att store that quite frankly acted like they just didn’t care at all.
