FirstNet Account Recovery
I am trying to provide proof of eligibility that I am on my fire department but this requires me logging into my account and I can’t seem to do that. I’m wondering if there’s a way to recover my username and/or password so I can provide this proof of eligibility.

Your username should be the same one used and related to the email account that you receive all notifications from your first net account.
If you do not remember either select forgot username forgot password. The authentications will go through your phone and the email related to your account. If I remember there's a lot of back and forth to prove that you are really who you are.
As for getting your verification, you can always do that in an AT&T corporate store
