GoPhone plan cancellation
Hi,
so i need to cancel my gophone 60$ plan.
problem: im back in germany and the gophone sim has no service over here.
so i cant get my temporary password via sms. so i cant login to cancel my plan.
suggestions appreaciated!

Thanks for posting your question.
If you do not have the GoPhone service on autopay it will expire itself, you will not be billed and the account will cancel itself within 59 days.
If the account is set up on autopay, you can chat with us by visiting us at www.att.com you’ll see a blue popup on the bottom right for our live chat and we’ll be able further assist you.

Hello Charise,
unfortunately it seems the chat has been removed, at least for GoPhone customers... the ATT website says.
Or it might be in the secured area which I cannot access because the 4 digit password does not work anymore for me.
So question: how to get in contact with ATT to explain my problem and cancel my auto refill GoPhone plan? (it's been billing me for 5 months now and I haven't used the phone/card at all since I am abroad)
