How can I login internationally or is there a way to reach customer support via email?

Hello, I'm traveling abroad right now and I'd like to access my account to check billing statements for any international fees. I'm using a data-only eSIM and have turned off roaming on my phone. I turned off my AT&T sim on my iPhone, but I turned it on today (while on WiFi) to see if I'd see any incoming texts or voicemail, and I got a text from AT&T that mentioned they noticed I was traveling abroad without AT&T International Day Pass so they're adding it to give better rates. Which makes me think that I'm still somehow using data abroad with the AT&T SIM


I'm unable to login to my account via online website and the myAT&T iPhone app. I do not have a phone number at the moment unless I accept roaming fees or the international plan.

Is there any way for me to get in contact with customer support via logged-off chat or email? This is my first time traveling abroad with an AT&T mobile plan

They would have added international day pass before you switched to a local SIM card. At most you'll probably get a $10 charge for that one day's use. Not a big deal. It's a safety net that you should have anyway. 

You will not be able to log in using a non AT&T SIM..  You will likely have to use a US VPN to login to your AT&T account over Wi-Fi. 

You do have the option to call AT&T, the call is free, paying your bill should be done by auto pay, but at least they should be able to inform you if there are any additional charges over and above your regular

Thank you for the reply! I've tried using a US VPN to login to the website with no luck. I'll try giving the phone call a try, thank you so much!
