I cannot access my AT&T wireless account

I have tried to access my wireless account on several computers and my phone via myATT app.  The only account I have access to under "Account Services" is for DirectTV which has been dormant for at least 4 years.  Under Wireless, it says "Shop for AT&T Wireless" and under Home Internet it says "Shop for Internet".  I am a new AT&T customer, have two paid invoices; however, I would like to see what I am paying for.

It sounds like you haven't created a user ID for your wireless account.

I have set up my user ID, so that is not the issue at this time.

If you're using this same email, the same user ID that you did with your prior account that may be the problem. You should have set it up with a completely new email so that you are not constantly pulling up an account that no longer is open.

Call AT&T and ask for assistance. Set up your wireless account with a completely different email and username

I used a different email address to setup/access the account.  That worked for me.

I am having trouble linking my AT&T wireless bill when I log into AT&T- brings me to account page. When I click bills tells me to link- however shows my wireless ID and asking to log in. ( I don’t know that password and don’t want to say forgot because will be an absolute disaster .We are on auto pay and paperless - would still like to view bill. A month ago I had to change my sbc email password ( which was a nightmare because didn’t recognize me and had to wait for support to call me 48 hours later)  When they called to help updates password for ATT.com and my sbcglobal email

they said not same with ATT wireless and will have no impact- so now why isn’t it linked and when I try to link asking for password and it’s not the same password. Afraid to say forgot password because I do NOT want to lose my email again. Please please help!! Should not be this difficult.
