ID confirmation

hello, so I placed an order with you guys and I was asked to show proof of identity. I sent the photos of my ID in and it still says that I need to complete it, yet every time I try to do it again, it says that I can’t. Why isn’t it confirmed yet?

Hi @miaunique1056, we understand your concern, and you’re having trouble confirming your identity for your order. 

 

There are several reasons why your identity verification may not have been successful. Some reasons include a naming mismatch, a problem with the photo you submitted, or an issue with the personal information you entered. 

 

Meanwhile, are you trying to upload an already saved picture from PC or laptop? This will help us understand whether the correct process has been followed or not, as the photo ID needs to be scanned from a phone or tablet using the link shared to your email.

 

If you haven't received the link. You can use this link to upload the photo ID: Track your Order | AT&T (att.com)

 

If you are unable to verify your ID online, then you'll need to go into an AT&T store with your account information and a valid photo ID to complete the verification process. You can find a nearby AT&T store by using the link AT&T Store Locator, AT&T Locations Near You (att.com).

@ATTHelp  The issue I see in these posts is that whatever process AT&T is using to acknowledge that requested ID info was received isn’t working.  This isn’t the same as ID being rejected.

See, this is ATT simply stealing their customers identities. 

"Send us digital copies of your drivers license".  
"Oops, that didn't work, please go to a store"

You can't even get your freaking identification system working, yet want us to trust you with digital copies of our drivers license or passport?  Pathetic.

@illiniguy  Community Guidelines (which you agreed to when signing up for an account) prohibit repeatedly posting the same thing, which you have been doing on multiple threads, some of them months old.  Continuing to ignore the guidelines may result in additional removed posts and suspension of your posting privileges.
