inability to log on

I attempted to access my account online.  After entering my log in credentials, I was asked to select one of the phone lines to text a confirmation number to enter to complete access. After multiple attempts and utilizing your "chat support"  I am still unable to log in to my account as the  verification text messages do not come through.

My phone is working properly as all calls, texts in and out and other functions are working. I even received a text from your chat support. However the verification texts are not coming through. 

At this time I am still unable to access my account. I was able to make a payment, but want access to my account to review my bill.

What other options do I have to access my account online?
