Issues creating user name to login to a new business account
I opened a new AT&T wireless account for my business on 12/27/23 and have yet to be able to create a username or login to the account online. When I start the process to create a My AT&T login for a small business account, I am instructed to use the Premier portal. When I complete the process for the Premier portal I receive an email instructing me to create a login using the My AT&T login.
I have tried every few days to gain access to the account, but each attempt results in the same results.
Is there a department I can contact to try to gain credentials to login?
