Need detail Reprints for 2018-2021

I have called AT&T to request detail billing for a few years that aren't accessible online or in the store. They were able to pull those years up, but for some reason the bills wouldn't download in order to reprint and mail out to me. Since the representative was unable to get the records to download, I was then told that I have to have the subpoena. Is that accurate? Please help! I need ASAP!

The only reason they would ask for a subpoena is because you don't have legal rights to those records. If you were the account owner and can prove you are the account owner that should be sufficient legal right to have those documents.

Before you go through the nuisance of hiring an attorney, I would call and talk to a different representative.

Yes. For each year it'll be $60 versus $5 per bill according to ATT.

If you are the account owner, then you call and request a bill reprint (detailed bill with usage if you need call/text date/timestamps). $5 for each month's bill.

However if you're not the one who opened the account than you cannot make that request. Also if you took over the line, anything before it was in your name would be unavailable as would be on the other's account.

No subpoena is needed unless you are demanding records from an account that is not yours.
