If you are a prepaid customer and already have active service, your pay go online account was created during activation. You log into the paygo online website with your 10-digit phone number as your username, the alphanumeric password and PIN code you created.
If you are a brand new postpaid customer, it may take 48 hours to set up your new online account. After which you can create your user ID for postpaid on my ATT with your phone number
