You would need to call AT&T and request a usage detailed bill reprint. It is $5 per monthly bill you have reprinted.

You can access up to the past 16 months of billing history online through myAT&T.

For bills that occurred after 16 calendar months from now, but within the past 7 calendar years, you may be able to access the detailed bill for a particular billing cycle by contacting AT&T.

The detailed bill will contain usage information including all incoming and outgoing call, SMS/MMS, and data usage records for all the lines you had active during whatever billing cycle you request the bill for. Please keep in mind that usage information for airtime, SMS/MMS, and data do not reveal the content of the usage, but simply the record that it occurred. In other words,

It will show that calls occurred, when, with who, and how long, but not a recording of the call;

It will show that SMS/MMS was used, when, and with who the text exchange occurred, but not the content of the text messages;

It will show that data was used, when, and how much, but not how the data was used (i.e. what website the user visited).

You will need to know the approximate date of the communication you are looking to access records for so that you can calculate which billing cycle the usage would have occurred in. Then, you can request the particular bill from AT&T.

When you request a copy of an older bill that's not available online, AT&T calls it a bill reprint. The first bill reprint is free and AT&T charges a $5.00 convenience fee for each bill reprint thereafter.

Hope this helps!
