I have been trying to login to our AT&T account but I am directed to Direct TV. We have not had an account at Direct TV since 2020. AT&T never attempts to resolve the issue. I really need to sign in to our account to see the billing statements

Looks like you are using the same login ID for your wireless account as the old DirecTV account. You can link your wireless account. Login and link the wireless account. You can then login again and unlink your DirectTV account.

Thank you for replying. When I try to login to AT&T I get this message "Oops! It looks like you have entered your AT&T account? Visit att.com. We will send you back to login momentarily and you can try again with your DIRCTV credentials."
This has been going on for years, I have never been able to login to AT&T without being directed to Direct TV. I have been into 2 AT&T shops and they could not sort it either

You are not the only one with this issue. I have been fighting it for a few months now. When I try to login to directv, I get a message that says I have been trying to log in with my ATT credentials. And my Directv and ATT credentials have always been different.
