Password reset help

I have been unable to log in to my account since signing up for AT&T home internet recently. When I try to reset password, I get a frozen screen that never advances. This has happened on web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and the AT&T mobile app. I called the 800 288 2020 number and an agent stalled for 15 minutes until he told me he could not help me, put me on hold to speak to the "Password Department" and then came back to say they were too busy to speak to me now. And I went running and screaming from Comcast and their world-renowned horrific customer service for this? The only reason I would ever want to log in to my account online is to view and pay my bill. And AT&T will not even let me do that. It is so sad that our country has allowed these telecomm monopolies whose main priority seems to be making life difficult for customers.

Call 877-267-2988 (Digital Assistance Center). Option 1-2-1-5 to get a live person.
