Cannot create online account on my business cell service just loops from myatt and att premiere

I’ve called tech support 3 times no one has been able to help it’s not account problem it’s an att problem sounds like a lot of people have it

I agree from what I’ve researched it’s a common problem.  The whole situation makes me wanna move to another cell phone service I like to check my bill and things online
