Renew account password in europe

I'm currently in europe and need to get a new myAT&T password for accessing my account. It seems my goPhone contract doesn't provide service in europe.

Is there a way to ether:

- Receive textmessages in europe using my gophone simcard (to send a new password to my phone)

- get a new account password using any different way
