Suspensions
Upgraded my iPhone 13 to an iPhone 15 pro max through the trade in promotion with att. Picked up the new phone Sunday and dropped off the trade in Monday at 0900. By 3 my new phone had been suspended the representative I spoke to said it had been reported stolen or missing. I informed him I have the phone and never reported it stolen or had my line suspended. He restored my service at 1830 hrs. At 0100 hours the next day the line was suspended again. Starting to regret upgrading my phone.

Most likely the phone had previously been lost in shipping, reported stolen, and claimed through AT&t's insurance. Contact AT&T or whichever store it is you made your purchase from tomorrow and have them replace the phone
If AT&T made an insurance claim on the phone, it will never be unblacklisted
