Unable to get 2 part verification

My iPhone11 Pro took a bath in my washing machine and despite keeping it in silica for 3 days, it no longer works at all. I was in the process of switching my service to another carrier who offered me a free iPhone 14, a free iPad and a free iWatch but I am unable to access my account because I cannot get the 4 digit code for the 2 part verification. I have paperless billing and I need my account number and I do not have a bill with that number, and I also need a transfer PIN #. I desperately need these numbers and I cannot afford to purchase another phone just to get these numbers from AT&T! I would think that there has to be a way to get the very least the 4 digit code so that I can proceed. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
