If they are asking you to call then call cause the website can be very glitchy. Self-service is great until you get an error that says "we hit a snag" then you won't be able to upgrade on time so just call and let someone help you do your upgrade.

I could never upgrade online. I always got "we hit the snag" message. You are better off calling. Little inconvenience but better results.

Hello @kakesss,

Thank you for reaching out to us, and we completely understand that you wouldn't want to get on call or speak in person.

However, we do have a couple of option for you to choose from. Please do go through the contact us page and choose the best option which suits you.

The Community Forums are a public support option where other users, and AT&T, will try and assist with high level support needs. This means we won’t be able to look into account specific concerns.  To get the help you need for your unique issue, please review our Contact Us page, and choose the best option to reach out to us.  You can call, chat, or reach out via social media, and we can review your specific issue and provide you support.  If you feel your issue isn’t account specific, and can be answered generally, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to help.
