Upgrade/Add Device Small Business Error

I get the following when I click "Add a Line" from the business MyAtt:

Uh oh! Something went wrong
Please call us at 800.331.0500, so we can help with your order.

Any ideas?

On the phone today.  Regular line agent said my account looks good, transfered to technical support.  He asked if it happened on different computers/browsers which it does.  He transfered me to the general internet/phone support which was no help.

He said the account looks good, but did he actually place an order at add a line? That's what you need, not just someone to look at your account.

The rep said no problem adding a line on their end.  I no longer have a line to add, but trying to price out upgrades is impossible.

What do you mean "price out upgrades?" What was the rep not able to help you with?

The rep has no problem making any changes or adding a line.  If i try to do the same through the portal, i get this error.  From googling the same error, it always ends with an AT&T rep saying "please send a direct message".  The problem is possibly we are on an old/grandfathered plan but i've never seen an answer.

The answer is that you have to call to make changes or add a line.
