Why can’t I access schedule payment or payment
I cannot access billing information either through the AT&T app, or the AT&T website. I scheduled a payment date via the phone, but I still can’t pay it online or using the app.

You can also follow the steps at this link to Pay your bill online. Please let us know if you're still having issues with making your payment online, or while using the myAT&T app. In the meantime, you can checkout all of the Other ways to pay your bill at the link provided.

ATT&T unethically hides the option to schedule a payment. The obvious choices are to pay your bill NOW. I don't want to pay NOW, so why are you choosing to not allow customers to select the actual due date when the bill is paid?
