Why can't I see my most recent bill?

I can't view my most recent bill.  AT&T has already taken the payment for it out of my account, but I can't even see the bill.  I can only see the bill for January - which was paid before this last payment.  I can't call to find out because I don't have an hour to sit & wait on hold today.  Anyone else having this issue and/or know how to fix it?

Are you trying to view your bill using the myAT&T app or through a web browser? If you're using a web browser, we recommend clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser. 

 

If it's through the myAT&T app, then we suggest trying these troubleshooting tips for a quick fix:

  • Restart your device.
  • Remove and Re-install the app.
  • Check your device's operating system. 

After troubleshooting, try to view your bill again to see if the steps helped. Please keep us updated on how this works for you.

When we log into our account, I can only see our internet bill, not our wireless bill?
