Wireless no longer working on 3600HGV, how to get a replacement?

Have had this device for about six months with no issues.   Went out of town today and when I came back my wife said there's been no wireless internet all day.  Tried unplugging the device and pressing the reset button.  I can connect via wire, and I can connect via wireless if the laptop is sitting
